"Spectacular" advertising consists of unusual advertising, promotional and marketing items in a
non-traditonal format(plain paper ad). These ads either look, feel, appear, smell or otherwise do
something, different. The most common and proliferated in today's world is the perfume smell strips
in magazines. These have become so commonplace that they aren't even considered as spectacular in
any fashion for purposes of this list, unless the perfume ad has some characteristic beyond the
fold-out paper side tab.
