Call or stop by the school to receive
information.
Age Requirements |

| Children must have attained the following ages by December 31st
of the enrollment year: |

Pre-Kindergarten:
Kindergarten:
First Grade: |
4 years old
5 years old
6 years old |

|
Submit application and application fee. |
|
|
Pre-Admission Testing (will be scheduling
early part of May) |
|
|
Arrange for a screening or placement test
for your child. |
|
|
Arrange for a classroom visit by the child
for observation by a classroom teacher.
|
|
|
Provide references from child's previous
school or a personal reference if the child has not been in school
before.

|
Bring these pertinent documents with you at
time of testing: |
