Outlook 2000 Email Setup

Open Outlook 2000.

Click on Tools from the menu and then click on Accounts.

Click on the Mail tab. You will see all e-mail accounts that you have listed here.

To setup a new BCPL account, in the Internet Accounts window, click Add and then click Mail.

This will launch an internet connection wizard that will guide you through your mail setup.

For Display Name, type in your name as you want people receiving your e-mails to see it.

Click Next.

Type in your e-mail address as it was assigned to you (username@bcpl.net).

Click Next.

Make sure that My incoming mail server is a POP3 server is selected.

For the Incoming Mail Server, type in mail.bcpl.net.

For the Outgoing Mail Server, type in mail.bcpl.net.

Click Next.

Make sure there is a dot next to Log on Using.

Type in your username and Password.

Click Next.

For the Friendly Name, type in BCPL.

Click Next.

Click Finish.
