Solving Disconnect Problems in Outlook 2000

If you are getting disconnected while in Outlook XP/2002, you may have it set to disconnect after sending and receiving emails. The following steps are meant to guide you through changing this setting.

Open Outlook 2000.

Click Tools at the top.

Click Options from within the Tools menu.

Uncheck Hang up after sending and receiving.

Click OK at the bottom.
