ACCESS SERVER UPGRADES: FRIDAY JUNE 27 & SATURDAY JUNE 28

On Friday, June 27 we began upgrading the operating system software and
modem firmware in our seven Cisco AS5200 access servers.  The upgrade is
designed to increase the modem speed from 28.8 bps to 33.6 bps.

The upgrades are being carried out in such a way as to cause as little
disruption of service as possible.  However some interruptions are
inevitable.  Each access server must be taken out of service in order to
upgrade it, and anyone connected to the access server at the time will be
disconnected.  If this happens to you, please call right back.  Your call
will be taken by one of the other access servers.

If all goes well the upgrades will be completed by about 5:00 PM on
Friday, but if necessary the work will be continued on Saturday.
