BCPL'S INTERNET CONNECTION IS BACK UP

At about 6:15 PM our connection to UUNET and the rest of the Internet came
back up!  The connection has remained stable for the past hour, so it is
probably safe to assume that everything is back to normal.
 
As I explained in an earlier System News message, there may be a period of
time while connections to remote sites are rather hit or miss.  This will
improve as routing tables all over the Internet update to reflect the fact
that we are once again reachable from the Internet.
