SAILOR NETWORK BACK ON LINE, DNS PROBLEMS SOLVED

The Sailor network was brought back up at about 11:00 AM today.  This
fixes the domain name service problem and all the associated problems
described in yesterday's System News.  Service is now back to normal.  The
rest of the Internet can reach us again.  E-mail is flowing in at a
tremendous rate!
