BCPL.NET ACCEPTABLE USES AND CONDITIONS POLICY REVISED

The BCPL.NET Acceptable Uses and Conditions Policy (AUCP) has been revised
to specifically prohibit the use of this sysyem for the distribution of
unsolicited mass e-mail, popularly known as "spam".

BCPL.NET and Baltimore County Public Library reserve the right to revise
the AUCP at any time. Account holders are notified of changes via BCPL.NET
System News, and are expected to abide by those changes. The full text of
the current version of the AUCP (revised October 18, 1998) can be found on
the Web at http://www.bcpl.net/help/policies.html. The AUCP at that URL
supersedes all earlier printed and online versions.
