---------------------------------------- ACCESS SERVER OUTAGE CAUSES BUSY SIGNALS ---------------------------------------- At 7:07 PM this evening (Wednesday, February 3) one of our dialup access servers crashed. This took 46 modems out of service, leaving us with only 460 incoming lines (normally 506) and creating a major busy signal problem during peak business hours. The access server should have rebooted automatically after the crash, but did not. I'll see what I can do with it on Thursday morning, and will post an update via System News if it looks like we will be short an access server for a prolonged period of time.
