-------------------- ACCESS SERVER OUTAGE -------------------- One of our eleven access servers, dialup-10.bcpl.net, has been giving us intermittant trouble for several weeks. This morning it finally crashed beyond repair. Cisco Systems has promised delivery of a replacement on Tuesday, February 16, but until it arrives only 460 of our 506 modems will be available to take incoming calls. This is likely to cause busy signals during peak periods over the long weekend. Sorry about any inconvenience this may cause. We will put the replacement access server on line as soon as possible after it arrives.
