POWER OUTAGE CAUSES INTERRUPTION IN SERVICE

	On Monday, May 24 1999, at about 2:10 PM the Towson area suffered
a severe power outage, blacking out our area and taking down our network
and dialup access.

	Power was restored to the area at around 5:00 PM and our network
(including dialup access) was back in operation by about 5:20 PM.

	We regret any inconvenience the down time may have caused.
