PARTIAL SHUT-DOWN DUE TO POWER FAILURE

This morning (Sunday September 5) at approximately 7:25 AM our section of
Towson lost electrical power. At about 8:00 AM we shut down half our
access servers and the WebMail server to conserve the batteries in our
backup power supplies. Power was restored at about 8:15 AM.  All equipment
was brought back up at that time.

We apologize to all who got disconnected during the partial shut-down.
