ANOTHER ROUTER FAILURE AT UUNET CAUSES LOSS OF INTERNET ACCESS

Today (Monday, November 1) another router failures occurred at UUNET
Technologies' Baltimore network center.  The connection between BCPL.NET
and the rest of the Internet is via that center, so while the router was
down it was impossible for BCPL.NET customers to access anything beyond
BCPL.NET's own network.  We were cut off from the rest of the world.

Our connection to UUNET was down from 11:19 AM through 11:44 AM.  As of
the time of this message our UUNET connection seems to be operating
normally.
