POSSIBLE SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS WEDNESDAY, JUNE 12

We learned late today that on Wednesday, June 12, Bell Atlantic will be
testing all 160 of the phone lines connected to our modems.  The tests
were requested by us as part of our ongoing effort to solve the connection
problems some of our users have been reporting.
 
Each line will have to be brought down in order to test it.  We will do
our best to wait until a line is not in use before bringing it down, but
that may not always be possible.  If a line is brought down while it is in
use, then that caller will be disconnected.
 
We regret the inconvenience we know this will cause, but the testing is
necessary if we are to eliminate our phone lines as a possible cause of
connection problems.
