It's impossible to predict exactly how long this will take, but unless Murphy unleashes his Law on us it shouldn't be more than a couple of hours. While e-mail service is down it will be impossible to send or receive e-mail. No other functions should be affected. You should still be able to log in, browse the Web, FTP files, work on your Web pages, and so on. Apologies to those few of you who might normally be doing e-mail at 2:00 AM. The time was chosen as least likely to disrupt most customers' mail-reading schedule. Now if I can just remember to set my alarm clock for that ungodly hour...
