This reduced our modem pool from its normal 828 modems down to 782 modems. Unfortunately this occurred right in the middle of our peak business hours. You may have experienced busy signals if you tried to dial in late Wednesday evening, and will probably experience them Thursday evening as well. A replacement access server will be delivered to us Friday morning and will be configured and installed Friday afternoon. Dialup access should be back to normal 828 modem capacity before peak business hours Friday evening.
