In a few offices voice mailboxes may not be activated until even later in the week. This DOES NOT affect voice mail for the BCPL.NET Help Desk or the BCPL Staff Help Desk. The Help Desk phones will be able to accept voice mail as usual. If your attempt to leave voice mail for someone in the Administrative Offices over the weekend fails, please use one of the following options: o If your message isn't urgent, please call back on Monday. o If you are a BCPL.NET customer trying to leave a message for the Accounts Desk (410-887-4172), the BCPL.NET Manager (410-887-6180) or Assistant Manager (410-887-6148) over the weekend, please call the BCPL.NET Help Desk instead (410-887-3297).
