Each PRI line handles 23 incoming calls, so the loss of one PRI reduces the effective size of our modem pool by 23 modems. Because of this some customers may have experienced busy signals Wednesday night, and there may be busy signals again Thursday night. A replacement PRI controller card has been shipped by Cisco Systems and should arrive on Friday, so the modem pool will be back to full capacity (920 modems) by Friday night. -- BCPL.NET INTERNET SERVICES 320 York Road Towson, MD 21204-5179 U.S.A.
