If you are using WebMail at the time you will lose your connection to the WebMail server. If you try to connect to WebMail while the server is rebooting, your connection attempt will fail. In order to avoid potential problems, we recommend that customers should not try to use WebMail between 7:50 AM and 8:10 AM on Friday morning. This affects only WebMail users.
