The work will take several hours, but I expect the new server to be up and running by no later than 4:00 AM Monday morning. Sound familiar? If so, it's because this was supposed to happen last Sunday. The switch-over didn't go well then, so had to be postponed. The problems that caused the postponement have been solved, so this time it should go without a hitch.. During the down time you will be able to connect to BCPL.NET for Web browsing, but that's all. There will be no access to BCPL.NET e-mail, UNIX shell accounts, the BCPL.NET Web site, or BCPL.NET customer Web sites until after the switch-over to the new and improved mail.bcpl.net is complete.
