Any voice mail or e-mail left for the BCPL.NET Help Desk or other BCPL.NET staff while we are closed will be answered as quickly as possible when we reopen. I hope you all got through the storm without any serious mishaps. Usage of our modem pool is extremely light this morning even though many of you are home instead of at work or school, but that's to be expected since a lot of you probably don't have electricity. Fortunately our computer room never lost power, so BCPL.NET was able to remain up and running throughout the storm. I'm in the office now but will be heading out very soon. Like many of you I have a LOT of storm damage to clean up. Even worse, I have a three and a half year old granddaughter at home who is VERY upset that she couldn't watch Clifford on TV this morning.
