If you were already on line when the failure occurred, depending on which of our dial-up access servers you were connected to at the time, you may have been able to reach the Internet but not our mail server or our Web site, or you may have been able to reach the mail server and our Web site but not the Internet. If you tried to dial into BCPL.NET to make a new connection, authentication errors may have caused your connection attempt to fail.
