Any voice mail or e-mail left for the BCPL.NET staff while we are closed will be answered as quickly as possible when the Help Desk reopens on Sunday, January 2nd and the remainder of the BCPL.NET offices reopen on Monday, January 3rd. In anticipation of the question that a few of our customers always ask in response to holiday closing announcements like this one: No, this does not mean you will be unable to use your BCPL.NET service on January 1st.
