Date: Fri, 15 Apr 2005 11:55:16 -0400 (EDT) From: BCPLNET SysAdmin To: BCPL.NET News Subject: BCPL.NET NEWS: Telephone Problems ------------------ TELEPHONE PROBLEMS ------------------ A telephone system malfunction occurred on the evening of Thursday April 14th that is causing all calls to the BCPL.NET Help Desk (410-887-3297) to go to the Towson Library instead. The problem still exists as I write this shortly before Noon on Friday April 15th. In some cases the Library staff are able to transfer the calls to the Help Desk, but transfers are not always successful. Our telephone system vendor is working on the problem, but has not been able to give us an estimated time for completion of the repairs.
