The surgery is expected to take no more than 15 minutes, so everything should be back to normal by no later than 2:15 AM. The router must be shut down to do this work. While it is down you will not be able to do the following: o Do anything useful via previously established dial-up connections. o Make new dial-up connections. o Connect to BCPL.NET from outside of BCPL.NET For all intents and purposes we will be completely down while this work is being done, so we recommend that you not use our service at all on Sunday morning between 2:00 AM and 2:15 AM. We regret the lack of advance notice and any inconvenience this brief outage may cause, but this is an emergency situation. The memory replacement must occur as soon as possible.
