It has been rescheduled for 7:30 AM on Monday September 25th. At that time we will replace defective memory in the router that connects our modem pool to our network and our network to the rest of the Internet. The work is expected to take no more than 15 minutes, so everything should be back to normal by 7:45 AM. The router must be shut down to do this work. While it is down BCPL.NET customers will not be able to do anything useful via previously established dial-up connections, make new dial-up connections, or connect to their BCPL.NET accounts from outside BCPL.NET. BCPL staff will not be able to access anything on the BCPL network or on the Internet. For all intents and purposes BCPL.NET Internet Services and the BCPL network will be completely down while this work is being done, so we recommend that BCPL.NET customers should not try to use their accounts and BCPL staff should not try to use their computers at all on Monday morning between 7:30 AM and 7:15 AM.
