Security Center: Outlook Express Security

In Outlook Express, click Tools, then click Options. oe_tools
  • Click the Security tab.
  • Put a check next to Do not allow attachments...
  • Make sure there is a dot next to Restricted sites zone
  • If you have Windows XP Service Pack 2, make sure Block images and other external content... is checked.
  • Click OK.

Click View, then click Layout. oe_view
Make sure Show preview pane is unchecked. oe_layout
