Judge William Henry Ward (14) was the son of William (13) and Anne Veazey Ward

Born November 21, 1785 in St. Stephen's Parish, Cecil County, MD.

Positions held:

• He was a lawyer and practiced law at Elkton.

• Removed to Baltimore and became Judge of one of the courts and was thus known as Judge Ward.

He married Maria Reading, daughter of Rev. Philip Reading of Delaware.
