The HECATE and all her crew surrender. I am recalling all remaining fighters and powering down weapon systems. I urge all Loyalist to do likewise. With the duplicity of the ANSHAR and the APPALACHIA our hopes to restore order and lawful rule have been crushed. I will take full responsibility for surrendering our forces to the rebels and will stand court martial when we return to Earth Dome (if the rebels hold to there word and let us go). We faught hard and lost many. To continue this fight here and now would be a futile and a waste of Earth resorces.
