WELCOME TO THE 2007 MARYLAND STATE FAIR

INTERNET ENTRY SYSTEM

All Livestock entries must be pre-entered, and the Maryland State Fair and The Great Frederick County Fair have established an easy-to-use INTERNET ENTRY SYSTEM.  Through this system you have the ability to enter your exhibits in any one of the fairs involved.  The entry deadline is August 3rd, 2007 at 11:59pm.  By clicking on the link below you will be led through a series or screens. After minimal data entry, your Livestock exhibits are electronically entered in the 2007 Maryland State Fair and/or The Great Frederick Fair. 

1.  You will see a Welcome Screen asking that you input your last name and a password.  Make sure the password is one that is easily remembered in case you want to log back onto the system to enter additional classes.  However, if you forget your password, the system will generate an email message to you with your password.

2.  You will be asked to agree to a liability statement and release that is required of all Maryland State Fair Exhibitors.  If you do not agree you will not be able to submit your entries.

3.  The next screen asks for Exhibitor Information. Accuracy is important.  We use this data to pay premiums!

4.  You will be led through a series of entry screens where, after identifying the appropriate Division and Breed  you will be see a list of classes relating to the Division and Breed you selected.  Click on the class, enter and fill in the blanks.  All fields must be completed.

5.  You will then be able to review and edit your entries.  Accuracy is important!   You will then be led to a final check where you will see a summary of entry fees.  If the fees are correct for the fairs entered, continue to check out.

6.  You will see a screen allowing you to order additional passes for the Frederick County fair.  This screen is not applicable if you are only entering the Maryland State Fair. 

7.  When you are satisfied your entries are complete and correct you will then be directed a series of payment screens.   All fees generated by the INTERNET ENTRY SYSTEM will be charged to your credit card.  The Maryland State Fair will not accept any other form of payment for entries on this system.

8.  When you authorize your payment an email will be sent to you confirming your payment and entries.  If you wish to make additional entries at a later date simply log on to the system using your username and Password.
