Tax time is any time with MARYLAND STATE FORMS and FEDERAL IRS FORMS available to reproduce. Our faxing service is economical, $1 per page for local, $4 per page for long distance. You can take your GED practice test here or pick up your FAF Financial Aid Forms.


Look what's back! INTERNET ACCOUNTS are now available through the library. Visit any BCPL library or call the BCPL Internet Help Desk at 410-887-3297 to obtain the two required application forms.


Our Parkville Easy Access Desk is open from 10:00 am-2:00 pm for checkout on the lower level. After 2:00 pm, ring the outside bell for easier access to our building and ask for assistance at our information desk. We will be glad to assist.


ALPS(Adult Learning Partnership) is a project with computer and interactive CD-ROM software especially selected for adult basic education, speakers of other languages learning English and those seeking a GED.
