Showing Your Walking Horse One of the goals of our charter was to promote Flat-shod Tennessee Walking horses classes in local shows in the Central Maryland area. Over the last 21 years we have worked very hard to get classes in numerous shows through out Maryland. We wanted to offer opportunities to beginners, as well as experienced riders, to show their Flat-shod Tennessee Walking Horses. We have also started a nominating High Point Program to reward our outstanding horses. The best 5 shows, out of the 9 shows that are pointed by the PWH of MD, will count for the High Point award. We have included a youth division and a beginner 2 Gait (adult only- 1st year) division. Our show series is open to members as well as non-members and offers a lot of fun and good competition.
