About this
Website
This website was initially started by me as a project to see if I
could get one working properly. Also, since I have some free web space through
my ISP, I might as well use some of it.
Originally, it was going to be a website where I would only
display photographs I took with my digital camera. An online article from Shutterbug magazine
inspired this idea. Although this article dealt mainly with photoblogs and I
have chosen a "gallery" instead of a "photoblog", the
general idea behind both options is the same, which is "What do you do
with a photograph?" once you have taken it. I have a drawer full of
photographs to demonstrate what is done. So a website (either gallery or
photoblog) is a good option to display photographs, especially in view of the
more than likely reality that they are not going to make to a reputable, real
world art/photograph gallery for people to look at.
But as I was developing the site, it dawned on me that there were
some other sites that should receive more exposure then they currently have.
For an example, this is the thought behind my Continuing Anglican Church page, since there seems to be
an absence of any substantial reference to the Continuing Anglican Church in
the “mainstream” media (at least from what I have seen, read or heard).
Future plans mainly include adding links to other websites that I
find interesting and informative, with the hope that you find in them those
qualities also.
